EmodaFashion.com takes great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. The merchandise we are selling is coming from fine European designers and is fully guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 15 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Defective merchandise will be replaced or credited at our discretion. The customer must contact us in advance to arrange the return and receive the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for the item.
All items must be unused and in original condition with all tags affixed, original packaging, and accessories.
A 15% restocking fee from purchase value will be applied on all returns.
Refunds are usually processed within one week of receipt of the merchandise. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your account for wire transfer payments.
If the buyer wants to exchange the items he has to include desired item model numbers and shipping fees.
Instructions.
· Contact us for RMA number.
· Include your order form with your order number in the return package.
· Returned merchandise for refund/exchange must be new and in unused condition along with original packaging/dustbag/authenticity card/protective tape/etc.
· Please provide us with the tracking number of the package and select a carrier that offers signature confirmation when returning a package.
· We will not accept any returned items with any of the above missing. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway. This also applies to returned items which have any odors such as from cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, fragrances, pets, etc.
